Typical Piedmontese dish. Appetizer and sometimes single dish. The "bagna cauda" is served in special earthenware pots and pans placed on small stoves. It is served with raw and cooked vegetables such as: peppers, salad, cabbage, carrots, thistle heart, baked onions, topinambour and others.
